CASTY FAMILY EDITION 2025 LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES

Promoter: This Loyalty Program is promoted by CASTY, hereinafter referred to as the "RESTAURANT".
Duration: The loyalty program starts on February 17, 2024, and ends on October 31, 2025. Any extensions or changes will be promptly indicated in the updated Regulations, available at the following LINK.
The "RESTAURANT" reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and without notice, without the customer being entitled to any rights, refunds, or claims.
Territorial scope: The program is valid exclusively at RISTORANTE CASTY.
Participants: Participation is open to all individuals over 18 or legal entities that have joined the CASTY FAMILY SPRING EDITION 2025 program.
Point Collection Methods:
Joining the loyalty program: Free registration with 10 welcome points. The participant will receive confirmation via email.
Successful table reservation: Each confirmed reservation will grant 10 points after 3 hours from arrival.
Extra points: Awarded on certain days of the week or for the purchase of specific items, at the discretion of the RESTAURANT.
Use of Accumulated Points:
Points are stored in the CASTY FAMILY SPRING EDITION 2025 system. Customers can check their balance by providing their name.
Points are also communicated via email upon registration in the program.
The user's balance will be updated with the deduction of redeemed points.
With a balance of zero, the customer will not be able to benefit from any advantages.
Accumulated points can be used until May 31, 2025, after which they will automatically expire.
How to Use Points: Points can be redeemed for benefits and perks, the updated list of which is available on the loyalty program’s dedicated page. These benefits may change over time at the discretion of the RESTAURANT.
Consultation of the Regulations: The updated regulations will be available at the following LINK.
Personal Data Processing: Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy available under the "Marketing Processing" section.
Termination of Program Participation:
Users may leave the program at any time by contacting customer service.
The "RESTAURANT" may exclude a participant for valid reasons, with written notification. Reasons for exclusion include:
Violations of the regulations.
Failure to cancel a reservation.
Exclusion will result in the loss of accumulated points and associated benefits.
Modification of the Regulations:
The "RESTAURANT" may supplement or modify the regulations, ensuring that changes do not affect the rights acquired by participants.
Any changes will be communicated via appropriate notifications.
